Who we are
This website is operated by OZ International, a China-based sourcing and trade coordination desk serving international buyers. We act as the point of contact between buyers and suppliers; we are the party that receives and handles the enquiry information described below.
Our registered entity name and registered address are not published on this page. If you need them for your own records, compliance file or contract preparation, request them by email and we will provide them in writing.
What we collect
We only collect information you choose to give us, plus the minimum technical data a web server needs to respond to your request.
Information you submit
- Name and company name
- Email address, and optionally a WhatsApp or WeChat contact
- Destination market or delivery country
- Enquiry type, estimated quantity, target timeline
- Product or project details you describe, and any reference link you paste
Information collected automatically
- IP address, browser user agent and country, read from the connection by our hosting and CDN provider
- The date and time an enquiry is received
We do not ask for payment details, identity documents or bank information through this website.
How we use it
- To answer your enquiry and prepare sourcing options, indicative pricing or lead times
- To contact you about the specific request you sent
- To keep a record of what was asked and what was offered, so a later conversation has context
- To protect the site against abuse, spam and automated submission
We do not sell your information. We do not use it for advertising, profiling or automated decision-making.
Where it is stored
Enquiry submissions are stored as individual files in a private object-storage bucket that is not publicly accessible. Access is limited to the personnel handling enquiries. We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to serve the commercial relationship and to meet accounting or dispute-resolution needs, after which they are deleted.
Who we share it with
We share the minimum necessary with service providers that make the site and the enquiry process work:
- Hosting and content delivery — serves the pages and processes the connection
- Transactional email delivery — carries the enquiry notification to our own inbox
- Suppliers and logistics partners — only when your request actually requires a quotation, sample or shipment, and only the details needed for that step
We do not disclose your contact details to third parties for their own marketing.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to:
- Confirm whether we hold information about you and give you a copy
- Correct anything inaccurate
- Delete your enquiry record, where we are not required to keep it
- Stop using your details for follow-up contact
Send the request to 807735000@qq.com. We respond within one month. There is no charge, and you do not need to give a reason.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no advertising cookies, no analytics cookies and no cross-site trackers. Nothing here follows you to other websites. The only values stored by your browser are those needed to render the page and, where you use it, the copy-to-clipboard function.
International transfer
We are based in China and serve buyers worldwide, so your enquiry necessarily crosses borders. By sending an enquiry you consent to your details being handled in China and in the country of any supplier or partner needed to answer your request.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Enquiry data is written to access-controlled storage rather than left in an inbox alone, and field lengths are capped at the server to limit abuse. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affecting your information occurs we will tell you and the relevant authority as required.
Changes
We may update this notice. The revision date at the top always reflects the current version. Material changes will be announced on this page.
